Includes: comprehensive examination including medical review. Gum health examination, x-rays (if required normally every 2 years), Intraoral photographs, Scale & polish, Fluoride (if required), and photo assessment. Services will only be provided if clinically necessary and appropriate. Your clinician may be a Dentist or Oral Health Therapist depending on availability. A personalised treatment and preventive care plan will be given based on our recommendations, further treatment is outside the service and will incur additional costs. Should you be assessed as having gum disease additional fees will be payable. Your health fund can be utilised at all appointments with the appropriate codes charged and benefits paid according to your fund and level of cover. If any health fund rebate exceeds the service price, no balance will be credited to your account or refunded to you.

Whitening is not suitable for everyone, and individual results may vary. If deemed unsuitable only limited exam will be charged. Must be over 16 years of age.

Includes: limited dental examination by a Dentist or Oral Health Therapist to assess suitability. If suitable a 3D digital scan will be performed by a Nurse on the day. A further appointment will be required to collect the take-home whitening kit (Pola Night 10 x gel syringes 10% or 22%), Individually made whitening trays will be fitted and full instructions given by Oral Health Therapist or Dental Nurse. Your health fund can be utilised but not all “cosmetic” services are claimable so please speak to your health fund to confirm your eligibility. If any health fund rebate exceeds the service price, no balance will be credited to your account or refunded to you.

Not suitable for people undertaking orthodontic therapy.

Includes: limited dental examination by a Dentist or Oral Health Therapist. A 3D digital scan will be performed by an assistant on the day. A follow-up appointment, 3 weeks later, will be required to insert the mouthguard and check fit. Prices will vary depending on the type of mouthguard, single, double laminate or professional mouthguard. Your health fund can be utilised but not all services are claimable so please speak to your health fund to confirm your eligibility. If any health fund rebate exceeds the service price, no balance will be credited to your account or refunded to you.
