What to Expect at Your First Visit
When you arrive for your appointment, our friendly front office team will welcome you and make you feel comfortable in our reception area.
You will have an hour for a comprehensive exam with our dentist to discuss your history and concerns, a thorough dental examination, including any necessary x-rays, and be presented with a personalised treatment and prevention plan. Please note that new patients always get x-rays, and existing patients get x-rays every two years.
Afterwards, you will spend 60 minutes with one of our oral hygiene therapists (OHT), who will review the dentist's prevention plan and perform a professional hygiene clean.
You will then return to our front office team, who will schedule your treatment and prevention appointments as prescribed by your dentist and your OHT.
Payments and Financing
Please bring your health fund card when you visit our practice, as we process claims straight away through HICAPS. If applicable, you will only have to pay the gap payment. We also provide further financial assistance through the Child Dental Benefit Scheme (CDBS) and Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), and we bulk bill for these patients.
AfterPay: We also offer AfterPay. There is no minimum spend, and you can pay for your appointment in four equal payments! Please ask the friendly reception staff for more information.
